Getting to school

We know that many parents have work deadlines and find it difficult to drive their children to school. We have worked with Ikast-Brande Kommune who are keen for the children from ISIB to use school transport. Parents will trust the driver of the coach to take care of the children and a member of staff from ISIB will meet the children at the bus stop.
We are also going to form a 'buddy' system with the students of Ikast Gymnasium to adopt a child to look after on the bus.
At the end of the day the children will be walked back to wait for their transport home.

Transport from Brande is on the 190 service

Departs Brande Station at 7.19am each morning, arriving 7.54am at ISIB.

Departs Ikast at 13.51 for the lower and middle group children, arriving Brande at 14.20

Further departures from Ikast are at 14.41 and 15.36 for the older students.
