This week in English Year 2 have been reading Hansel & Gretel by Anthony Browne. Miss Brown gave the class characters to retell the story in small groups, however the children decided they needed more props to help them retell the story even better with more detail. The children worked hard on Tuesday making their own props to help retell the story, ready for Wednesday morning’s lesson where each group retold the story using their very own props. Well done Year 2!
