Today is the end of the ERASMUS+ visit, the students and staff from three countries (Turkey, Italy and Spain) will be travelling back home after great visits to the school, Den Gamle By in Aarhus (aka the old village), and Aarhus food court.
Students have made Viking shields and practiced graphite art and on Thursday visited LEGO house for a spectacular escorted visit and play session. Today we finished off with finalisation of the art work and a ceremony of gift exchanges and mementoes of the visit.
The ERASMUS+ initiative gives children from all over Europe the opportunity to visit other countries and meet other students, to look at school work and to make international friends.
The end of this year is approaching but hopefully the school can stay in the ERASMUS+ programs and continue the fantastic initiative in the future.
