This week the WEF (World Economic Forum) released its latest paper on the workforce of the future. Of course many technical and robotic jobs are in the top ten but one job is significantly different; agricultural equipment operators!! This actually indicates a growing problem, of how do we keep feeding and supplying a never ending increase in people? Farms and farming requires people to operate complex machinery that cuts the crops, digs the ground and keeps us fed.
Education is about the future - so when talking to your child about the future use this paper to show how things change and will continue to change for all of us.
