Numbers matter.

Student numbers in classes are always a big issue, how many fit in well? Do we need smaller classes for better work? In Denmark the Government has lowered the maximum cap in primary classes from 28 to 26, some communes are now struggling to fit the numbers into current schools. Here at ISIB and through my career I know that having lower numbers in the Primary years is always a positive thing. At ISIB we have a cap of 22 in a Primary class and I feel this is the correct number. Enough for friendship groups and social activity and also enough for a teacher to be able to differentiate and also make sure they know each students strengths and weaknesses.

The upcoming year 1 class is already very strong and almost full and we look forward to a great new start in August.
