Jenny Martin

Year 5 Class

Jenny was born in Manchester, England, and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Primary Education from Edge Hill University, Lancashire. After teaching for two years in England, Jenny decided to pursue an international teaching career in Malaysia, where she taught a Year 4 class at Marlborough College boarding school. Over the course of three years in Malaysia, Jenny taught in the Prep School, working with a range of children from diverse cultures. Whilst in Asia, Jenny was able to travel extensively, which provided her with broadening experiences that have shaped her teaching practice.

Jenny has a keen interest in travel, the arts, and history, which are cultivated through landscape photography, reading the latest novels, and watching captivating historical documentaries. Jenny enjoys learning about Danish culture and is excited to work at a nurturing, innovative, and happy school.
