"Success does not necessarily bring you happiness, but happiness will always bring you success" - ’ is our schools official strap line and something I truly believe. Great news today for our school. Along with Nordeafonden's recently donated financial support we have now received the Kommunes permission to build our new Viking themed biodiversity trail and outdoor classroom in the woods close to the school.
‘Den danske vej’ will have a butterfly garden, planters, wild fruits and flowers, insect and bird houses, seating and musical instruments. It will be open to the local community along with a new forest playground for the children. We all know that reports on outdoor activity and mental wellbeing in children highlights the ongoing need for good outdoor facilities so it’s great to develop it further for the school and the local families!!
