As we return from our much needed break we have often felt the release of stress during that time, we could also be considering how better to manage our own mental health for the future. To continue with our theme of supportive positive mental health I would like to draw your attention to a free app developed in Canada and using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to support anxiety and reduce stress.
