9 out of 10 new hires in Denmark are internationals as reported by the Copenhagen post this week.
As the Danish population decreases and ages with a continued low birth rate the need for international workers grows and will continue to grow.  Denmark struggles with retaining many expats due to social and cultural aspects but as the number increases so will the need to open the doors and integrate better. A major part of that is the need for International schooling. Next month a large group of HR managers from around Ikast Brande will be visiting the school for a breakfast meeting to see what we do and how we integrate new arrivals.
We hope that it can open the doors for new students and new internationals and continue our drive to continue being the best school in Denmark.
