In a week when the Danish government release a report on screen time in Denmark schools and European internet safety week maybe it’s time to consider how useful or detrimental screen time is.
IT has transformed the way we work and yet the problems in terms of mental health are increasing, especially in our youth.Â
A great documentary on Netflix called "The Social Dilemma" highlights the issues of social media of young people. Over the next week as we take a school break it might be a great family idea to look at family screen use and consider how it affects us as a social animal!
