As the world changes so does the skills and attributes required by those in or going into the workforce, the latest research (WEF) tells us that 50% of our workforce will need reskilling just to keep up.
The same research tells us that only 1 in every 4 companies have actually started
upskilling. That’s a big gap. One of the main aspects of the strategic plan for the school is to ensure that our students have the personal skills to accept and be upskilled as needed and not just having an excellent academic ability.
